Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to all fifty United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship outside the
United States, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order on this site. There is no minimum, no surcharge for the heavier
chairs, and no separate handling fee. The price you see on the product page is the price at
checkout, before any sales tax that applies to your delivery address.

How long it takes

We pick and dispatch within one business day of your order being placed. Transit is a further
two to four business days, so most orders arrive within three to five business
days. Orders placed after 1:00pm Pacific Time, or at a weekend, are dispatched the next
business day.

Alaska, Hawaii and remote rural routes can take longer than the four-day transit window. If your
address is one of them we will tell you when we dispatch, not after you chase us.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the chair leaves us. If the tracking has not
updated for two business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier ourselves.

Delivery itself

These are large, heavy boxes — the heaviest chair in the range ships at over 70 lb. Delivery is
to your door, curbside. The carrier will not carry the box indoors, unpack it or take the packaging
away. If you cannot manage the box on your own, please arrange for somebody to be there on the day.

Damage in transit

Check the box before you sign for it where the carrier allows. If the packaging is visibly
damaged, note it with the driver. Tell us about any damage or any missing item within 48 hours of
delivery and we will put it right at our cost — keep the packaging until that is settled, because
the carrier may need to inspect it.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you give us at checkout. If it is wrong, contact us the same day and we
will change it if the chair has not left. Once it has, a redirect is at the carrier’s discretion
and a parcel returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded less the actual return freight.
