Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of velnostra.com and any purchase you make here. Placing an order
means you accept them.

Who you are buying from

Velnostra, a retailer of folding electric wheelchairs based in the United States, contactable at
contact@velnostra.com.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from your
delivery address. Payment is taken in full when you order. We reserve the right to correct an
obvious pricing error before dispatch — if we do, we will contact you and you can confirm or cancel
the order, and if you cancel we refund in full.

Your order

An order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we dispatch, not when you receive the
order-confirmation email. If a chair turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund in
full.

Product information

Specifications, including weight, range, motor rating and load rating, come from the
manufacturer. Range figures are estimates measured under favorable conditions and real-world
distance will be lower. Photographs are illustrative; a manufacturer may change a finish or a
component without notice.

Using the chairs safely

These are powered mobility devices. Read the manual before first use. Do not exceed the stated
weight capacity or incline rating. We are not liable for injury or damage arising from use outside
the manufacturer’s stated limits, from modification, or from a repair carried out by someone other
than the manufacturer or ourselves.

Nothing we publish is medical advice, and nothing here is a substitute for an assessment by a
qualified clinician.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Set out in full in our Shipping
Policy
and Returns & Refunds
policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Liability

Our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for
fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Illinois and the United States. Disputes
go to the courts of that state.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you
placed it.
