This policy explains what Velnostra collects when you use velnostra.com, why, and what you can
ask us to do about it. It was last updated in 2026.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone
number and what you bought. When you contact us: your name, email address and whatever you write
in the message. When you browse: your IP address and standard server log data.

We never see or store your full card number. Card details go directly to our payment processor
and are handled on their systems, not ours.

Why we hold it

To take payment, ship your order, handle returns, answer your questions, and meet the tax and
accounting record-keeping we are legally required to do.

Who else sees it

Our payment processor, so your payment can be taken. Our shipping carrier, so your chair can be
delivered — they get your name, address and phone number and nothing else. Our accountant, for tax
records. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers or
data brokers.

How long we keep it

Order records for seven years, because tax law requires it. Contact-form messages for two years.
Server logs for 30 days.

Cookies

This site sets the cookies WooCommerce needs to remember your cart and keep you logged in. There
are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics on this site.

Your choices

Email contact@velnostra.com and you can ask us for a copy of what we
hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it within 30 days. We may
have to keep order records that tax law obliges us to keep, and if so we will tell you exactly what
and why.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
